appleseeds children's studio is a New York State licensed Group Family Day Care. We pride ourselves on being a neighborhood play based preschool & school age program. We provide full time & part time care.

Being a play-based preschool, we know that as adults we need to provide opportunities for our children to independently investigate the world around them.  Our jobs are to provide enriching experiences for our children and their job is to use their natural curiosities to explore, create, manipulate & problem solve. 

​

Open at 7am and closing at 5pm, your child will have a fun filled and busy day which includes 2 snacks and a nutritious lunch made daily which are all included in tuition.  We are a proud member of the New York State Adult and Child Food Program, which will ensure your child is eating proper balanced and nutritious meals daily.  We encourage children to make healthy lifestyle choices with movement and nutrition!

Children do their best when they feel secure and we strive on our practices of encouraging our "seeds" to play, learn and grow!  When your child is able to indulge their interests and curiosities in an age-appropriate environment; they are laying a foundation for success throughout life and their education.

Appleseeds Children's Studio provides numerous opportunities for independence and self-esteem while also fostering and understanding each child's individual needs. Small by design, the low student to teach ratio ensures that your child always receives the personal attention needed to prepare for a successful transition to kindergarten.

-Brightwheel:

We utilize a daily reporting app to record your child's day while they are with us at Appleseeds.  This app is updated regularly with your child's routine schedule so you are able to see when diaper changes have occurred, feedings, videos and pictures also!  With brightwheel, we can bridge the gap between home and school and you are able to stay connected to your child while they are with us!
