appleseeds children's studio provides numerous opportunities for independence and self-esteem while also fostering and understanding each child's individual needs. Small by design, the low student to teach ratio ensures that your child always recieves the personal attention needed to prepare for a successful transition to kindergarten.
Indoor Environment:
we love to encourage play for children! our belief at appleseeds is that as adults our responsibility is to provide opportunities of all kinds for the children to be able to divulge their interests as well as create new curiousities to the world around them. our indoor environment is divided into centers in which the materials are always evolving. we have numerous puzzles, blocks, manipulatives, dramatic play items, books, and instruments. we like to have a focus on the basics and engage in numerous learning activities such as literacy, writing skills, early reading, mathematics basics & introduction to science concepts. our curriculum is based on numerous pedagogies; we learn according to the children but with a focus on teacher directed studies.
Outdoor Environment:
with over 1.5 acres of property, we love to play outside! we strive for an outdoor environment to be as natural as possible so we can create some amazing memories as well as learn about the outdoor world!

9:20-9:30am: Clean Up/Bathroom Break
9:30-10:00am: Circle Time/Morning Meeting
10:00-10:30am: AM Snack & Bathroom Break
10:30-11:30am: Outside Time/Group Activities/Center Play
11:30-12:00pm: Clean Up/Prepare for Lunch
12:00-12:30pm: Lunch
12:30-1:00pm: Clean Up/Prepare for Rest Time
1:00-3:00pm: Rest Time
3:00-3:30pm: Wake Up
3:30-3:50pm: PM Snack
3:50-4:00pm: Bathroom Break
4:00-4:30pm: Outside Time/Free Play
4:30-5:00pm: Group Activities/Free Play/Prepare for Dismissal
